Refunds

Generation packs are not refunded. If a generation fails, times out, or is interrupted, that generation is restored to your account. Deleting a finished mosaic does not restore the generation and does not refund the payment.

This does not limit rights you have under the law that applies to you, or rights Paddle must honour as merchant of record. The full wording is in the Terms.
