Selling what you make
Which plan includes commercial use, and what you still have to check before you publish.
The free plan is for personal use. It includes 10 generations every month, they reset, and they do not roll over. Paid packs are the ones that include commercial use, including books you publish. Generations from a pack do not expire, and they are not a subscription.
What commercial use does not cover
A pack does not give you the rights to someone else's photo. You need the right to the image you upload, whether it is yours or licensed to you. The studio processes that image to make the pages. It does not clear copyright, trademarks, or Amazon's content rules.
Payments
Packs are sold by Paddle, the merchant of record. Card details go to Paddle, not to us. Packs are not refunded. If a generation fails, that generation is restored. Statutory rights, and Paddle's own buyer terms, are unchanged. The refund policy is at /refunds.
